About Heidi Wolff and the Visible Movement

Hey, I’m Heidi — and I’m done with women hiding.

I’m a multi-award-winning, internationally published photographer, visibility coach and proud mum. For 13 years I’ve helped women stop playing small and start showing up — from CEOs and politicians to powerhouse business owners just like you. But I didn’t start out confident. At 23 I was dismissed as “just a tall, young blonde” in a male-dominated industry, so I hid behind the camera and played small. Mid-COVID, with $10K in the bank, a broken 12-year relationship and no safety net, I made a choice: stay invisible or back myself.

I chose to be seen. And I haven’t looked back!

That decision became the seed for The V!sible Movement — a growing community of women in business who are rewriting the rules of what it means to be “photogenic” and credible online. Because the issue isn’t just personal confidence; it’s systemic. We’ve been raised in a culture that tells women to stay humble, be nice, not take up too much space — and definitely not post a photo unless it’s flawless. 

The V!sible Movement exists to break that pattern. To give women the skills, mindset and support to show up as they are, take up space unapologetically, and lead with presence instead of perfection. Because visibility isn’t vanity — it’s the bridge between you and your future. And when women stop hiding, they stop holding back.
