The 6 DIY Photos Every Business Needs to Be Visible Online

Warning: may cause increased visibility, an influx of dream clients sliding into your DMs, and a serious upgrade to your brand visuals.

Who doesn't want that!

Heads up: By downloading this guide, you consent to receive email marketing communications from Heidi Wolff Studio. I believe in the “less is more” approach to emails and won't ever sell or share your information—not even if they offer to pay our child care bills for eternity. Oh, and this isn't a marriage contract; you can (break my heart) unsubscribe at any time.

Hey, I’m Heidi — and I’m done with women hiding.

If you’ve landed on this page, you’re not here for another “how-to” from some random lady on the internet. You’re here because you’re done being the best-kept secret in your industry — and you’re ready to show up like the powerhouse you already are.

I’m Heidi Wolff — a multi-award-winning, internationally published photographer, visibility coach, and proud mum. For 13 years I’ve helped women stop playing small and start showing up with powerful imagery and personal-brand clarity. I’ve shot CEOs, politicians, and high-profile campaigns — but it didn’t start there.

At 23 I launched my business in a male-dominated industry that dismissed me as “just a tall, young blonde.” So I hid behind the camera. Second-guessed myself. Played small.

Then came my breaking point: mid-COVID, $5K in the bank, freshly single after 12 years, no safety net. Two options — keep shrinking or back myself.

I chose to be seen. Haven’t looked back.

Alongside my photography work, I’ve spent more than a decade teaching. From solo business owners to big organisations and community groups, I’ve delivered workshops on photography, content creation, and on-camera confidence to hundreds of people — helping them feel capable, creative, and in control of how they show up.

And here’s what I’ve learned: it’s not just me. Almost every woman I’ve photographed has wrestled with visibility. We’ve been taught we need to look perfect before we show up — that we need to be “photogenic” to be credible.

But visibility isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. (Because visibility isn’t vanity — it’s the bridge between you and your future.)

Through my online courses, I show women in business how to feel confident in front of the camera and take photos that actually feel like them — using nothing but their phone and a smile. Be Phonegenic™.

Because when women stop hiding, they stop holding back.
They show up. They speak up.
They build magnetic brands, attract aligned clients, and charge their worth.
They stop waiting to feel “ready” — and start leading as they are.

Confidence isn’t a feeling, it’s a practice — one photo at a time.
That’s the power of visibility.
And that’s exactly what I’m here to help you unlock.

To being Boldly Visible always, Heidi
